4. What we collect
1. Forms: name, email, message, and optional fields (phone, delivery date, promo code, product choices). 2. In your browser (not sent to us until you request a quote): wish list and language choice. 3. Technical info: short logs from using the site (e.g. IP address, browser, pages opened). 4. Analytics (only with consent): Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data (e.g. pages viewed, device type).
5. How long we keep it
We keep data as long as needed to handle your request, order, or customer relationship, or as required by law. 1. Messages and quote requests: usually up to two years after we last heard from you. 2. Wish list in your browser: until you clear it or send us a quote request. 3. Server logs: a short time, usually up to 90 days.
6. Where data comes from
You give us data through forms and email. Technical logs are created when you use the site.
7. Sharing and data outside the EU
